* Some bike racks and trailers have reverse lights so have 13 pin sockets, for a more affordable option you can just fit 7 pin electrics and use a £5 from amazon 7 to 13 pin adapter and just not have reverse lights as 13 pin socket tends to cost around £80 - £100 more than 7 pin socket.
Do I need Universal or Dedicated Electrics ?
We always recommend Dedicated electrics as it how's the vehicle manufacture intended towing electric to be fitted. We understand people are sometimes on a budget so please take a look at the chart below to see if you required dedicated electrics.
